2ERRE is a real estate agency that was operating with a legacy website, no longer aligned with current operational and communication needs. In fact, the site primarily served a showcase function, without any real integration with the agency’s internal workflows.

The project was therefore born with the objective of renewing the online presence and, above all, supporting the client in adopting more modern digital processes, starting from a simple but solid foundation.

The new site was built in WordPress, chosen as the CMS for its flexibility and ease of use by the client.

The intervention included:

• Redefinition of the property management process, not only for the website, but for all management processes
• Rationalization of content, simplifying the updating of property listings with reusable standard templates

The objective was not to introduce complexity, but to simplify day-to-day operations, making the site an integral part of the agency’s operations to facilitate workflows, not create additional work.
